Harvest Star: I Lived in the Woods for Twenty Years of My Life

Farm alien seeds you find (or trade with local aliens for) which can be consumed or grown into aggressive flora to defend your base from hostile alien flora which attack your base at night.

A 2d game where everything has a mini-game tied to it similar to fishing in Stardew Valley.
